Brussels, 8 December (LaPresse) – "Russia's aggression against Ukraine poses an existential threat to Europe. Supporting Ukraine in its fight for freedom and independence is not only a moral obligation, but also in our own interest. We must therefore move quickly on the Commission's proposals to use cash balances from Russia's frozen assets for a reparation loan to Ukraine." This was stated by Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson.
