Ukraine: Orban, it is unclear who started the war

Milan, 20 December (LaPresse) – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán questioned who started the war between Russia and Ukraine and criticised Western leaders for their support of Kiev. Orbán said that EU leaders justify their support by portraying Ukraine as a small country that has been attacked. ‘Of course, it's not that small,’ Orbán said, referring to Ukraine. ‘And it's not even clear who attacked whom. In any case, it's a country that has suffered violence.’ Politico reported Orbán's words to journalists after the European Council meeting.
