Moscow, Dec. 21 (LaPresse) – Thirteen Ukrainian soldiers from the 119th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade surrendered to Russian Armed Forces near Vysokoye, in the Sumy region. This was reported to Tass by Russian security agencies. “In the Sumy direction, during the advance of our fighters in the Vysokoye area, the enemy suffered significant losses, with 13 soldiers from the 119th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces captured, including a company commander,” the agency source said.
