Ukraine, Zelensky: “Territorial issues and Zaporizhzhia not yet resolved”

Kyiv, 29 Dec. (LaPresse) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that in negotiations with the United States on the 20-point “peace plan,” issues related to territories and the operation of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant have not yet been resolved. “Two issues remain. These concern how the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant will operate and the question of the territories,” the leader explained to journalists, according to Ukrainian media reports. For this reason, Zelensky said that the 20-point plan is “90% ready.” “Regarding the security guarantees, I said that everything is 100% ready, and it is. We are still discussing some details about the duration of these guarantees,” he added.
