Ukraine, Kremlin on attack on Putin's residence: ‘Tougher stance in negotiations’

Rome, 30 Dec. (LaPresse) – Moscow will toughen its negotiating stance on Ukraine after Kiev's alleged attack on the Russian presidential residence in the Novgorod region. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, as reported by Tass. ‘The diplomatic consequences of these actions by the Kiev regime will be a hardening of the Russian Federation's negotiating position,’ said the Kremlin spokesman.
