Milan, 10 February (LaPresse) – Lawyers representing the injured parties and families of the victims of the New Year's Eve fire at the Le Constellation bar in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, are calling for the creation of a state fund. They argue that this would allow rapid financial assistance to be provided to families and the injured. The state fund consists of public funds that are managed according to objectives defined by the government and parliament. This was reported by the broadcaster SRF. So far, only a federal fund has been activated.
