Iran: Tehran rejects US plan: ‘Trump's demands are excessive’

Turin, 11 May (LaPresse) – Iran has rejected the US plan, a proposal that “would have meant Tehran submitting to Donald Trump’s excessive demands”, reports the Iranian state broadcaster ‘Press TV’. ‘The Iranian plan emphasises the need for the United States to pay war reparations and reaffirms Iran’s sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz,’ Iranian media report. ‘Iran has also reiterated the need for an end to sanctions and the release of seized assets and property.’
