Milan, 20 May (LaPresse) – Russia and China ‘agree that US and Israeli military attacks against Iran violate international law and the fundamental norms of international relations, and seriously undermine stability in the Middle East’. This is stated in a joint declaration issued by Russia and China following talks between the leaders of the two countries: Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping. Russia and China are calling for a return to dialogue and negotiations ‘in order to prevent the conflict from spreading’, the statement adds, as reported by the Tass news agency.
