Milan, May 22 (LaPresse) – Former French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal has officially announced his candidacy for the 2027 presidential election. "It is because I deeply love France and the French that I have decided to run for president of the Republic," he said, speaking in Mur-en-Barrez, in the department of Aveyron. "The best is yet to come. A united, cohesive, serene country, a country like France, still has its most beautiful pages to write. We are the country of the future, we can have better lives, provided we give ourselves the means to do so," he added.
