Ukraine: Moscow claims four dead in Kyiv attack on educational institution

Milan, 22 May (LaPresse) – Four people were killed in an attack by the Ukrainian armed forces on a university in Starobilsk, in the Ukrainian region of Luhansk currently occupied by Russian forces. This was reported by Moscow’s Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova, as reported by Ria Novosti, which stated that Ukrainian drones attacked a school building and a dormitory housing children. ‘At the time of the attack, there were 86 teenagers aged between 14 and 18 present. According to preliminary data, four people were killed,’ Lantratova wrote on the Max platform. According to the Ministry of Health of the occupied region, at least 40 people were injured, including several children.
