Turin, Feb. 4 (LaPresse) – “I am honored to continue the work begun at the Book Fair three years ago. It is a continuation of a service to the promotion of books and reading, of a magnificent job that has greatly enriched me in these years.” This was stated by Annalena Benini, who will remain as director of the Turin Book Fair until 2029. The announcement was made during the press conference presenting the 38th edition of the event, scheduled to take place in Turin from May 14 to 18. “I am proud to continue together with the entire team. Thanks to the institutions and the support of partners, I am happy to continue this dialogue of creativity, attention, and listening,” she added. “Annalena Benini has chosen to continue, and we all share the positive assessment of her work. A medium- and long-term perspective is the best way to address the challenges of the Book Fair,” said Silvio Viale, president of the Association Turin, City of the Book.
