Rome, May 20 (LaPresse) – IVASS has approved Monte dei Paschi di Siena's (MPS) public exchange offer (OPS) for Mediobanca. The Siena-based institution announced in a statement that it has received prior authorization to acquire an indirect qualifying stake in Assicurazioni Generali through Mediobanca, as part of the offer launched for Mediobanca.
