Milan, July 9 (LaPresse) – The General Secretaries of Fim Fiom Uilm, Ferdinando Uliano, Michele De Palma, Rocco Palombella, sent a letter to the Presidency of the Council and to Minister Urso to ask ‘an urgent meeting in the afternoon of Monday, July 14, preliminary to the table already convened for the next day at MIMIT, to face the theme of the occupational guarantee for all the workers of AdI in AS, Ilva in A.S. and contracts, given the institutional path in progress with the local authorities’. In the absence of this meeting, write the leaders of the metalworkers' organisations, “we will be forced to express our dissent to any agreement that will be reached between national and local institutions, having received no reassurance on the industrial plan and employment levels”.
