Rome, Sept. 29 (LaPresse) – The Government notified China National Tire and Rubber Corp. (CNRC) on September 26, 2025, of the decree closing the administrative proceeding related to the facts and conduct that occurred between the date of issuance of the Decree (June 16, 2023) and the date of initiation of the sanction procedure (October 31, 2024), finding that they did not harm Pirelli's managerial autonomy.
This was announced by Palazzo Chigi in a statement, explaining that the Government is maintaining a constant and constructive dialogue with the Company and its shareholders, aimed at aligning its governance tools with the new regulatory requirements of its reference markets within an appropriate timeframe, and ensuring its full competitiveness in all the environments in which it operates.
