Rome, 19 Dec. (LaPresse) – With the work in committee continuing, there may be a delay in the arrival of the budget in the Senate Chamber. The assumption is that it will arrive on Tuesday, with work concluding on the morning of 24 December. This is the timeline being discussed at Palazzo Madama: with the announcement of the government's new amendment, the Budget Committee has had to adjourn the session until tomorrow morning at 10 a.m., with work possibly ending in the evening. The Senate offices need 36-48 hours to compose the text for the Chamber, so it is unlikely that it will be ready by Monday morning at 9.30 a.m., as currently planned.
