Rome, 20th March (LaPresse) – In May, in prime time on Channel 5, L'Isola dei Famosi (The Island of the Famous) will be back, with Veronica Gentili as the new presenter. The choice of the journalist best interprets the new Island: an edition faithful to the original spirit of the format that aims to rediscover the most authentic and adventurous dimension of reality TV. The castaways will land on the Cayo Cochinos archipelago in Honduras for an extreme experience: pure survival, physical and mental endurance, and a fight against hunger, bad weather and wild nature. Without comfort or shortcuts, the competitors will have to rely only on their own abilities, facing tough tests to obtain essential resources. Through alliances, strategies and unexpected events, only one will be victorious.
