Venice, 4 September (LaPresse) – Ten minutes of applause for the film “Elisa”, the fourth Italian film in competition at the Venice Film Festival. The film by director Leonardo Di Costanzo, based on a true story, stars Barbara Ronchi as a 35-year-old woman convicted of killing her older sister and burning her body for no apparent reason. The woman embarks on a journey of recovery with a criminologist who guides her towards an awareness of her crime.
