Trento, 5 March (LaPresse) – Security measures have been stepped up at the Olympic Village in Predazzo and Tesero, the venue for the Paralympic cross-country skiing and biathlon competitions starting on Saturday. Following the conflict in the Middle East, the Winter Games venues have come under the scrutiny of the security services, along with other locations in Trentino that are considered sensitive. According to reports, the measures adopted will be discreet but visible overall. Coordination will be carried out by the operations room set up, as for the Games, inside the Cavalese fire station.
