Milan, Feb. 14 (LaPresse) – The brother of Olympian Filippo Tortu, Giacomo Tortu, is under investigation by the Milan public prosecutor's office as the alleged instigator of the attempted espionage and dossier on Marcel Lamont Jacobs in a strand of the Dda prosecutor's Francesco De Tommasi investigation into the dossiers of Enrico Pazzali's Equalize and former super police officer Carmine Gallo. He is under investigation for abusive access to a computer system in conspiracy. The activity against Jacobs allegedly began a month after he won the Tokyo 2021 Olympic gold medal in the 100 metres and also involved his staff, including coach Paolo Camossi, manager Marcello Magnani and nutritionist Giacomo Spazzini. On file are exchanges of messages in which Gallo asks to ‘proceed’ with the ‘extraction of chats concerning Jacobs and his entourage’. The excerpt was deposited in the files of the Milan review court in the appeal filed by the hacker and employee of a wiretapping company Gabriele Edmondo Pegoraro.
