Rome, March 13 (LaPresse) – The preliminary judge at the Rome court has acquitted former Rome Mayor Virginia Raggi, with the formula "no grounds for proceeding" because the alleged fact does not exist, in relation to the charge of perjury after her testimony during the trial on the construction of the new Roma football stadium. Former Mayor Raggi was assisted by her defense lawyer Alessandro Mancori.
