Milan, 20 Mar. (LaPresse) – The ‘knowledge of all the evidentiary data that emerged in the trial that led to the final conviction of Alberto Stasi’ for the murder of Chiara Poggi on 13 August 2007 in Garlasco will be ‘decisive for a timely definition of the position of Andrea Sempio’. This is the ‘conviction’ of the Poggi family's lawyers, lawyers Gian Luigi Tizzoni and Francesco Campagna, in communicating their constitution as ‘defenders of the offended persons’ in the new proceedings ‘following the communication addressed to us by the Pavia Public Prosecutor's Office’ in the proceedings against the 37-year-old, at the time a friend of Marco Poggi, already investigated and archived for the murder in 2017.
