Milan, April 3 (LaPresse) – Davide Lacerenza has been discharged from the Policlinico in Milan and has returned to house arrest at his home, where he has been since March 4, when he was arrested in the investigation led by Milan prosecutor Francesca Crupi and the PEF Unit of the financial police concerning drug trafficking and prostitution at the Gintoneria. The 60-year-old entrepreneur had been hospitalized in neurology two days ago after a health scare at 4 a.m. at his home, where he was with his girlfriend, and was classified by doctors as having a "neurological problem." The former partner of Stefania Nobile, daughter of Wanna Marchi, who was arrested with him in the same operation for allegedly being the de facto manager of the business of the venue in Via Napo Torriani and the private club 'La Malmaison' in Via Lepetit, was discharged on Thursday morning after a series of clinical tests and evaluations. Lacerenza’s lawyer, Liborio Cataliotti, had submitted a request to Judge Alessandra Di Fazio shortly after the health scare, asking for him to serve his house arrest in the hospital.
