Rome, 15 April (LaPresse) – A super-expertise as an irrepealable investigation has been ordered by the Gip of the Court of Bologna after the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office on the Borgo Panigale production plant where, on 23 October 2024, an explosion took place that caused the death of two workers and the injury of 11 others. Pending the consultancy, as a due act, 12 people have been placed on the register of suspects, including Michele Candiani, the CEO of Toyota Material Handling. Fabio Tosi, 34, and Lorenzo Cubello, 37, lost their lives as a result of the explosion at the thermal power plant.
