Rome, April 22 (LaPresse) – More than 200,000 people are expected to attend the funeral of Pope Francis, which will take place on the morning of Saturday, April 26, in St. Peter’s Square in Rome. The figure emerged during the National Committee for Order and Security, chaired by Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi and held at the Prefecture in Rome. Police Chief Vittorio Pisani and the Commander General of the Carabinieri, Salvatore Luongo, also attended the meeting.
