Milan, May 1 (LaPresse) – Regarding workplace deaths, "we need justice, not revenge. Those who tampered with safety devices to prevent machines from stopping, as in the case of Luana D'Orazio, did not cause an accident — they committed murder and should be treated as such." These were the words of Pierpaolo Bombardieri, secretary of the Uil union, speaking on Agorà on Rai3 alongside the mother of the 22-year-old who died at a warping machine that had been tampered with in the factory where she worked in Montemurlo, near Prato.
