Rome, May 1 (LaPresse) – The Rome public prosecutor's office has requested the indictment of 29 individuals accused of performing the Roman salute on January 7, 2024, in front of the former MSI headquarters on Via Acca Larentia in Rome, during a ceremony commemorating the 1978 killing of three Youth Front militants. All are suspected of violating the Scelba Law and the Mancino Law. The news was confirmed to LaPresse by the Rome prosecutor's office. The investigation was conducted by the Digos of the Rome police headquarters and the information unit of the Carabinieri's provincial command, who, in addition to identifying some of the alleged perpetrators during the square commemoration, also examined footage recorded by investigators.
