Naples, May 6 (LaPresse) – A 2.3-magnitude earthquake occurred at 5:04 a.m. in the Campi Flegrei area, in the province of Naples. The quake struck at a depth of 4 km with its epicenter in the Gulf of Pozzuoli, according to the Vesuvian Observatory, the Naples branch of Italy's National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV). No damage to people or property has been reported.
