Vatican City, May 9 (LaPresse) – “His Holiness Leo XIV has expressed his wish that the Heads and Members of the Institutions of the Roman Curia, as well as the Secretaries and the President of the Pontifical Commission for the Vatican City State, continue provisionally in their roles donec aliter provideatur (until otherwise provided). The Holy Father indeed wishes to take some time for reflection, prayer, and dialogue before making any final appointments or confirmations.” This is stated in a note from the Holy See Press Office. The inaugural Mass of the pontificate will take place on May 18, with the first general audience scheduled for May 21.
