Parma, May 16 (LaPresse) – The hearing for Chiara Petrolini, the 22-year-old from Vignale di Traversetolo in the Parma area, accused of killing and burying her two newborns, has been postponed to May 23.
“The preliminary hearing started, there were requests for civil party status, and then a postponement was made to decide on the civil party request from an association (La Caramella Buona), so we are still at the early stages,” said Nicola Tria, Petrolini’s lawyer.
“There was no discussion about expert reports today, not in concrete terms,” the lawyer added, responding to reporters. “We are still at the beginning of the preliminary hearing, so it was not addressed.”
