Rome, June 3 (LaPresse) – Regarding the alleged discovery of Father Dall’Oglio’s body in a mass grave in Raqqa, Syria, the grave was reportedly found by a group of diggers affiliated with the SDF (Syrian Democratic Forces). This was clarified by sources from the Farnesina. The local Bishop has requested the intervention of the SDF commander, Mazloum Abdi, for the necessary verifications. For the moment, the same sources explain, there are no definitive confirmations yet. The Italian Embassy in Damascus is in contact with the Bishop and other authorities for updates on the case.
