Palermo, 5 June (LaPresse) – Mafia boss Giovanni Brusca is now a free man after 25 years in prison, the last four of which were spent on parole. The boss of San Giuseppe Jato, who triggered the remote control device on 23 May 1992 in the Capaci massacre, has finished paying his debt to justice. After his arrest, Brusca decided to repent. This allowed him to obtain a huge reduction in his sentence. And as of today, he is a free man.
