Milan, 15 July (LaPresse) – The Court of Milan has declared “null and void” the charge against Visibilia srl in the trial for false accounting in the 2016-2022 accounts against Daniela Santanchè and 15 other managers and auditors of the publishing and advertising companies founded by the Minister of Tourism. The company charged under the law on administrative liability of entities is therefore excluded from the trial, but the trial continues for the Fratelli d'Italia politician and all the other former managers. The panel chaired by Judge Giuseppe Cernuto accepted the request of lawyer Morgese for Visibilia, according to which the Public Prosecutor's Office had contested as “organisational fault” only the “failure to adopt management and control models”, in violation of the “case law of legitimacy and merit” on the point. The hearings will resume after the summer, on 16 September.
