Turin, July 16 (LaPresse) – The Administrative Court (TAR) of Milan has rejected the request for a suspension of the sale of San Siro stadium to Inter and AC Milan, submitted by the "Comitato Sì Meazza". In their reasoning, the judges stated that "there are elements that cast serious doubts on the admissibility of the appeals, both the main one and those with additional grounds." Some issues were raised by the parties, such as the lack of grounds for a collective appeal, while others may be raised ex officio, like the inadmissibility of the fourth supplementary appeal. The court also found no evidence of "periculum in mora" (risk of serious harm), as the arguments presented were vague and based mainly on the upcoming signing of the stadium sale contract, which alone does not demonstrate irreparable damage—especially since demolition cannot take place before 2030. Therefore, the City of Milan can currently proceed with the sale process to the two clubs.
