Rome, July 18 (LaPresse) – "Anger leads nowhere; knowledge is the foundation of everything." These were the words of Gino Cecchettin to the young jurors at the Giffoni Film Festival, as he spoke about the goals and initiatives of the foundation named after his daughter Giulia, who was a victim of femicide in 2023 and has since become a symbol in the fight against gender-based violence. In front of the audience of young jurors, Cecchettin shared his personal story and testimony, as both a father and an activist.
