Milan, August 5 (LaPresse) – The Milan Prosecutor’s Office has issued a notice of conclusion of the preliminary investigation into two Carabinieri officers accused of obstruction of justice in the case of Ramy Elgaml, the 19-year-old who died in a scooter crash following a police chase last November 24 in Milan. These are two different officers from the one already under investigation since July for vehicular manslaughter, along with Fares Bouzidi, the 22-year-old who was driving the scooter. The notice was served to the officers’ defense attorneys by prosecutors Marco Cirigliano and Giancarla Serafini.
