Rome, Aug 19 (LaPresse) – The six-year-old girl from Guinea admitted to the Children’s Hospital in Palermo has died after arriving in recent days in Lampedusa on a boat crowded with migrants. The child was in very serious condition following an exhausting five-day sea journey. Airlifted from the largest of the Pelagie Islands to the hospital in the Sicilian capital, she was declared brain dead today.
