Rome, 3 September (LaPresse) – Seven people are reported missing in the Mediterranean. This was reported by the 41 shipwrecked people rescued by the ship “Aurora”, part of the Sea Watch NGO fleet, and landed in Lampedusa in the last few hours. Among the migrants rescued are a seriously ill minor and a diabetic man who were assisted by Garganey VI. According to the NGO, the migrants “were at risk of being captured and returned to Tunisia by the Tunisian Navy, but we managed to intervene with Aurora before that happened”.
