Milan, 8 September (LaPresse) – Almost seven million pupils will return to school starting this morning. The first to resume lessons for the 2025-2026 school year are students in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, while the last to return, on 16 September, are pupils in Calabria and Puglia. The calendar therefore varies depending on the region in which you live and go to school. In Bolzano, school starts today, Monday 8 September; on 10 September, it is the turn of Piedmont, Veneto and the Autonomous Province of Trento; on 11 September, Friuli Venezia Giulia; in Lombardy, pupils return to school on 12 September; 15 September is the turn of students in Abruzzo, Basilicata, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, Liguria, Marche, Molise, Sardinia, Sicily, Tuscany and Umbria; on 16 September, it will be the turn of students in Calabria and Puglia.
