Milan, Sept. 18 (LaPresse) – A 25-year-old man originally from Grottaminarda (Avellino), but residing in Benevento, was placed under house arrest last night. He is strongly suspected of stalking his partner, including threats with weapons, ambushes, and assaults; multiple acts of threats, private violence, and trespassing against a 35-year-old man from Apice (Benevento); and sexual violence and coercion against his ex-partner. This was announced by the Benevento Prosecutor’s Office, which stated that the incidents occurred between May and August of this year in the municipalities of Benevento and Apice. According to the investigating judge (GIP) of Benevento, who issued the precautionary measure, "the events demonstrate a clear disregard for legal norms and a tendency to follow criminal impulses."
