Milan, 26 September (LaPresse) – Even before the trial began, Judge József Sós informed those present that if the European Parliament rejected the request to waive the parliamentary immunity of Ilaria Salis, elected from the ranks of Avs, the case would be dismissed. If the Italian politician's immunity were to expire at any time, the prosecution would have the opportunity to re-file charges against her. This was reported by the Hungarian media.
