Milan, 22 October (LaPresse) – The parking receipt from Vigevano dated 13 August 2007 ‘belongs to Andrea Sempio’. This was stated to LaPresse by Angela Taccia, the lawyer representing the 37-year-old under investigation for the murder of Chiara Poggi, in response to rumours that a ‘super witness’ had come forward to the Carabinieri in Milan and refuted the alibi for the morning of the murder of Marco Poggi's friend. “We will not comment further on news reports in the press,” said Taccia, “but only on court documents and statements filed”.
