Milan, 30 October (LaPresse) – Milan magistrate Rossana Mongiardo has dismissed sexual assault charges against Leonardo Apache La Russa, son of Senate President Ignazio La Russa, in the case of the alleged rape on 18-19 May 2023 reported by a 22-year-old woman. The request for dismissal was accepted by public prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro, with the addition of Letizia Mannella and Milan prosecutor Marcello Viola, who coordinated almost two years of investigations by the mobile squad.
