Rome, 1 November (LaPresse) – The 28-year-old man who was driving the SUV that crashed into a police car, causing the death of officer Aniello Scarpati, has been arrested. According to reports, the 28-year-old is being charged with vehicular homicide aggravated by the use of narcotic and psychotropic substances and for failing to render aid.
