Rome, 11 November (LaPresse) – ‘We are willing to provide Carabinieri to train future Palestinian security forces, because someone will have to maintain order when everything is over. We will certainly not do this in Gaza or Rafah, but in an external location to ensure the safety of our Carabinieri.’ This was stated by Defence Minister Guido Crosetto at the presentation of the 2026 calendar in Rome.
