Rome, 18 January (LaPresse) – Seals at Piper. The historic venue in Rome's Via Tagliamento has been subjected to preventive seizure, which must be validated by the judicial authorities. The decision came after a series of police checks that found, among other things, structural changes to the building, a lack of certifications and evacuation risks.
