Milan, Feb. 7 (LaPresse) – Clashes between police and protesters near Piazzale Corvetto, during the march against the Olympics and the presence of ICE in Italy. Some demonstrators attempted to break through the police cordon toward the entrance of the highway, throwing homemade bombs and smoke flares at law enforcement; the police responded with tear gas and water cannons. Four protesters were reportedly detained.
