Rome, 20 February (LaPresse) – The preliminary hearing judge at the Court of Rome has found Policlinico Umberto I and insurance companies civilly liable for the death of journalist Andrea Purgatori in July 2023. As part of the investigation into the journalist's death, four doctors are under investigation by the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office on charges of manslaughter. The next hearing is scheduled for 8 May.
