Naples, 7 April (LaPresse) – A series of earthquakes is currently taking place in the Phlegraean Fields area, where two tremors measuring 3.3 and 2.6 on the Richter scale occurred between 4.32 and 4.38 am. According to the Vesuvian Observatory of the INGV, 16 earthquakes have so far been preliminarily recorded during the seismic swarm, three of which had a magnitude greater than 1.0, all with their epicentre in the municipality of Pozzuoli.
