Milan, 30 April (LaPresse) – Andrea Sempio now faces a charge of murder with aggravating circumstances due to cruelty and “base motives stemming from hatred” towards Chiara Poggi “following her rejection of his sexual advances”. This is what emerges from the summons to attend questioning that Pavia prosecutors Giuliana Rizza and Valentina De Stefano, together with assistant prosecutor Stefano Civardi, have served on the suspect in the Garlasco murder case.
