L'Aquila, 14 May (LaPresse) – ‘I will be meeting my clients at their home at around 12.30 today.’ This was stated by lawyer Simone Pillon, who just a few days ago took on the case to provide legal representation for Nathan Trevallion and Catherine Birmingham, the so-called “forest family”, in their bid to be reunited with their children. The Anglo-Australian couple, who live in Palmoli (Chieti), are fighting for the return of their three minor children – six-year-old twins and an eight-year-old girl – who were removed by the L’Aquila Juvenile Court on 20 November and placed in a foster home in Vasto (Chieti), following an order that suspended the parents’ parental responsibility.
